Code of Conduct

Hereby solemnly declare, affirm, and undertake that:

  • I will strictly abide by Company’s code of conduct, all its policies, rules & regulations, and its customers’ code   of conduct in true letter and spirit, as I have completely read and understood all the contents of codes of conduct, policies, rules, and regulations.

  • I will treat people as I want to be treated by myself.

  •  I will value basic human dignity and rights and will not intentionally cause harm to another human being.

  • I will be transparent in my purpose and act in a manner that is fair and just for all concerned.

  • I will never be satisfied with anything being less than my best effort.

  • I will seek continuous improvement.

  • I will keep my promises and honor my commitments

  • I will fulfill the functional and moral obligations of my role in the company and accept accountability for my shortcomings, negligence and oversight in fulfilling these obligations.

  • In all types of communications, written or oral, internally or externally, I will be transparent and fair and will tell the truth.

  • I will not misappropriate/mis-use company’s resources or information for my own interest or for anyone other than company, directly or indirectly, under any circumstances whatsoever.

  • I will disclose immediately any information to the Senior management of the company which will come to my notice relating to any plan, act, conduct, intention, etc. of any individual or group of individuals, colleagues, workers, suppliers, customers, etc. which causes or may cause any financial or non-financial loss to the company in the past, present or future.
