Employee/ Star of the Month Criteria & KPI - SOP

Objective:

To recognize and reward outstanding employees for exceptional performance, behavior, and contributions that align with the company’s values and goals.

Definitions:

  • Employee of the Month (EOM): Recognizes consistent top performance, team players, and positive attitude across departments.
  • Star of the Month (SOM): Recognizes individuals who went above and beyond in a specific project or short-term initiative give extra support and effort to the team members.

Evaluation Process:

  1. Nomination Window: 1st–5th of every month.
  2. Person’s Name: Placed on the Notice Boards of the company.
  3. Post: Post on Social media plate Forms
  4. Review Panel: HR + Dept. Heads + GM (if needed).
  5. Scoring: Based on documented evidence & feedback.
  6. Announcement: By the 10th of each month.

 

Recognition & Rewards:

  • Certificate, Appreciation cards or any amount Bonus

Notes:

  • Employees may not win both titles in the same month.
  • Repeat winners allowed after a 2-month gap.
  • The final decision rests with management based on qualitative impact.
