Employee/ Star of the Month Criteria & KPI - SOP
Objective:
To recognize and reward outstanding employees for exceptional performance, behavior, and contributions that align with the company’s values and goals.
Definitions:
- Employee of the Month (EOM): Recognizes consistent top performance, team players, and positive attitude across departments.
- Star of the Month (SOM): Recognizes individuals who went above and beyond in a specific project or short-term initiative give extra support and effort to the team members.

Evaluation Process:
- Nomination Window: 1st–5th of every month.
- Person’s Name: Placed on the Notice Boards of the company.
- Post: Post on Social media plate Forms
- Review Panel: HR + Dept. Heads + GM (if needed).
- Scoring: Based on documented evidence & feedback.
- Announcement: By the 10th of each month.
Recognition & Rewards:
- Certificate, Appreciation cards or any amount Bonus
Notes:
- Employees may not win both titles in the same month.
- Repeat winners allowed after a 2-month gap.
- The final decision rests with management based on qualitative impact.
