Disciplinary Policy
- This policy ensures a fair, consistent, and transparent disciplinary process to promote proper conduct and performance.
- Epic Group of Companies follows a progressive discipline approach focused on correction and improvement.
- The policy applies to all employees, regardless of role, department, or employment status.
- Progressive discipline may include verbal warnings, written warnings, suspension, and termination.
- Serious misconduct may result in immediate disciplinary action, bypassing progressive steps.
- Employees have the right to be informed of issues and to present their explanation before decisions are made.
- All disciplinary actions will be properly documented and handled confidentially.
- Supervisors, HR, and Management share responsibility to ensure fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
Child Labor Policy
Epic Group of Companies has developed this policy in light of ILO Conventions 138 and 182, which have been ratified by the Government of Pakistan. A child equal to or below the age of 15 years is not allowed to work inside factory premises or at any of its workplaces or manufacturing processes under any circumstances.
First Aid Policy
EPIC has a responsibility to always protect the health and safety of each individual. This policy is important for every person who enters the service is premises. It is the policy of EPIC Sports to comply with the Factory act 1934-chapter 111 section 32 for maintaining First Aid Kit in factory premises. In order to comply with the law, companies should provide first aid kits in each department for emergency treatment that will be equipped with necessary medicine.
