DEVELOPMENT
1. Design Submission
We will discuss your ideas with you and provide appropriate suggestions regarding fabrics and printing/embroidery methods to form technical files in order to bring your ideas to life.
2. Research & Development
Our experienced R&D staff will work with their vast network of local and international suppliers to provide you with a vast array of fabric, trims, accessories, zippers, pullers, etc. for your designs.
3. Sampling
We have a dedicated sampling line consisting of highly skilled staff, The sampling process takes between 2-3 weeks to create patterns and grade the sizes accordingly before cutting the fabric.
4. QC of Samples
After the samples are made, they go through a series of tests to ensure they are up to the mark and comply with our standards.
PRINTING & EMBROIDERY
1. Digital Sublimation
Digital Sublimation is an inkjet-based method of printing directly onto the fabric. The good thing about Digital Sublimation is that it can print almost any design on most types of fabrics. Digital Sublimation can print artwork in high resolution, details, and unlimited colors, which makes it cost-effective for printing.
2. Screen Print
Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink, and a squeegee. Fabric and paper are the most commonly screen-printed surfaces, but with specialized inks, it’s also possible to print onto wood, metal, plastic, and even glass.

3. Embroidery
Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. In modern days, embroidery is usually seen on caps, hats, coats, overlays, blankets, dress shirts, denim, dresses, stockings, and golf shirts. Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn colors.

4. Direct On Garment – Badge / Chenille
Embroidery is the art of using thread or yarn to stitch patterns on fabrics. They are long-lasting and offer a classy appearance when applied on garments. We offer machine embroidery using polyester threads. For small designs below 5 cm, embroidery is also not recommended as it will not be eligible.
PRODUCTION
1. Pre-Production
In the pre-production phase fabric is sent for a pre-shrunk wash, and all aspects of the garment such as print color, design, fit, and label position will be finalized.
2. Production in Bulk
Our experienced R&D staff will work with their vast network of local and international suppliers to provide you with a vast array of fabric, trims, accessories, zippers, pullers, etc. for your designs.
3. Quality Assurance
We strive to create the best quality garment every time, Our QC team consisting of skilled and dedicated staff go through our standard checklist to filter out any flaws before packaging.
4. Packaging
Before packing all items are steam ironed and are checked one last time before neatly folding and packing them in individual polybags.
